We are a small design label and we strive for transparency, also in our shipment policy. Free shipment doesn’t exist, but affordable shipment does. That’s why we look for the right balance between convenience and pricing. For the EU, we ship with Post NL, not the fastest service but reliable and affordable. For non-EU shipments, our webshop is not yet automated, so please drop us an email with your inquiry and details and we can make a quote including shipment. For those deliveries, we normally ship with FedEx, depending on size and country.
The delivery time depends on the availability of the purchased item(s). Items that are in stock are shipped the next working day. Items that are in production will be shipped once ready. The production time is always indicated per item. Once shipped, the delivery time depends on the country where it is shipped to.
Within the Netherlands, the delivery time is almost always the day after shipment, you’ll receive a Track&Trace number from Post NL once your package is shipped with the exact delivery time.
For other EU countries, the delivery times differ per country but, on average, this will be between 2-4 days. You’ll receive a Track &Trace number from Post NL once your package is shipped.
You’re welcome to pick up your items at our studio in Rotterdam. This, of course, is free of charge and you can even see our small-scale production facility and the Magic Colour Machines!
All shipment costs are calculated per country and per item on the check-out page. Next to the country, the size of the item also plays a part in the shipment costs. To see your exact shipment costs, it is most convenient to check this at the check-out.
